Color Yarn
What color yarn matches red?
I am crocheting a shoulder bag, what color yarn would look really pretty with bright red? Im thinking gold but what other two colors do you think would look really nice together if i decide to not use the red?

I love messing around with colors! I read once that things look more interesting if there are 3 colors, so my instincts seem to go to 3 colors. Here are some ideas;
1. A bright lime and a purple look really cool.
2. Purple is nice alone also. I made a hat last Christmas with leftover yarns and it turned out really nice.
3. Pink can look nice too. Or, if you’re open to 2 extra colors, pink and fuscia along with your red.
4. Here’s the weird one, but it looks nice–army green.
5. Last of all, gray and black.
